Owl is about two years old. She is a shy cat who tends to be intimidated by other cats, and needs her own space to feel secure. She would do best in a quiet home. If there are other cats, she will need a human who can give her the space and time she needs to adjust. Once she feels safe, she is cautious yet lovable. Is there a little space in your home for this girl?
Juliette is a marble tabby and tortoiseshell mix which makes her very unique. We rescued her from the Martinez Animal Shelter at 1 year old. She was listed as an owner surrender but we don't know why. She is a very sweet girl and is friendly even towards strangers. She lives with other cats but would probably like it better if she ran her own kingdom. We do not recommend children as she can get overstimulated and unpredictable.
Kittens are generally 150.00 They come with shots, alteration and a microchip.

Hello, my name is Annie. I am a beautiful friendly calico female. My birthday is 5/20/14.
I had an interesting experience since being adopted in 2015. I was given away by my original owner in Antioch and somehow ended up in Walnut Creek. Thankfully I was microchipped by EBARR before they adopted me out and I was able to find my way back to their safe arms.
I am super friendly. Unfortunately, I developed a bladder stone, however with the proper medical care and the right food my bladder stone is now gone. I am on a special prescription diet, and that may last about a year. I am on the road to recovery.

These cats are adults who generally fall through the cracks at adoptions. As it is very difficult to re-home adult cats, EBARR and PetSmart have teamed up to save these beauties.

PetSmart: (since 4/1/2017)
Success Sunday: Reflection.
We have adopted out 79 animals during the 2017 year at our PetSmart cat program. We are proud to announce that most of those animals were adult cats, with a few four-month-old kittens in the mix. We are also proud to not put vulnerable, non-fully vaccinated baby kittens in those kennels, as those kennels are reserved for the most vulnerable in animal shelters....... adult cats.
79 cats in 9 months,
175 cats were able to find their forever homes through this program during the 2018 year.
200 cats were able to find their forever homes through our continued partnership with Petsmart.
