Chiquita was an "angel" to Denise and Alex. They adopted from us last year and she was recently diagnosed with cancer and passed away on on December 16th, 2009. Chiquita holds a special place in our organizations heart and we will miss seeing her around the pet store and at Newhall Park. As you know, we have had many fosters throughout the years since we started doing rescue work and quite honestly, none of them have ever measured up to Chiquita. We love them all and they all have special qualities, but Chiquita was really special and we talk about her often. I hope you can find comfort in knowing that you gave her the very best home she could possible find! May Chiquita "our angel" rest in peace. EBARR
